About Nurturing Together
We provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps families feel informed, supported, and connected throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.

We’re Aliisa and Oonagh, and we’re so glad you’re here.
Nurturing Together was founded on a shared belief: growing families were never meant to do this alone.
Pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood are some of life's most profound experiences. They bring excitement, anticipation, transformation, and often uncertainty. During this remarkable season of change, families deserve more than information alone—they deserve compassionate guidance, trusted support, and a team that walks alongside them every step of the way.
As doulas, educators, and caregivers, we are passionate about helping families feel informed, prepared, and cared for throughout all four trimesters. We combine evidence-based knowledge with personalized care, creating space for questions, meaningful conversations, and confident decision-making. Our role is not to tell you what your journey should look like, but to help you discover what feels right for you and your family.
We believe every family is unique. That's why we tailor our care to reflect your values, goals, and circumstances—whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby, growing your family, navigating feeding challenges, recovering postpartum, or seeking additional guidance along the way.
Serving families throughout Boston and the Greater Boston area, we bring together complementary skills, extensive training, and a shared commitment to nurturing care. Our collaborative approach allows us to provide continuity, flexibility, and a deeper level of support throughout your experience.
Above all, we strive to create an environment where families feel heard, respected, and empowered. We want you to feel confident asking questions, supported through challenges, and celebrated in moments of joy.
When you work with Nurturing Together, you gain more than a doula. You gain a dedicated team invested in your well-being and honored to be part of your family's story.
We would be honored to walk alongside you.
